Tips, Hints, and Links of the Week

Yesterday was trash pick up day in my section. As I  drove down my street, I saw a lot of Christmas trees lying curbside, waiting. So I feel it’s safe to assume that  by now everyone has safely packed away the ornaments, and garland. Maybe even de-strung the outdoor lights?

Our home’s interior has been de-decorated since before New Year’s Eve. Warmer temperatures this weekend may provide an opportunity to tackle the outside.

It feels good to get back to normal and get organized.

To help you tackle your January projects, I have provided a few  links and tips.

Overwhelmed by putting away all of those new gifts? If you didn’t spend the week before Christmas de-cluttering your kids’ bedrooms (like me) have no fear. Here is some advice on how to put away Christmas gifts the organized way.

While you’re in your kids’ rooms, go ahead and clean out their closets and drawers. If you’re  wondering what to do with all of those clothes that no longer fit, check out Kids Kloset.

Don’t forget to take your family’s gently worn coats to ECI on Bristol Pike as they continue their One Warm Coat Drive or call and speak to Beth (215-245-3200) to arrange a pickup.

Please take a moment to share in my Comments section, your favorite link. Maybe it’s your plumber, your contractor, your landscaper. Share your tips and links with other Levittowners.
